I love the talk about not only the design, but SPECIFIC things that make their craftsmanship better. Meticulous details are much more compelling than just "quality, service, value".

I want to show off a couple of videos that I really like.  Notice there's a bit of music in the back, simple walk through of meticulous details that are really cool. I think he has lots of examples of great video as a custom home builder or remodeling contractor.
